Microblading is a semi-permanent procedure, with results that last approx. one to two years depending on your skin type. This innovative procedure is the art of making realistic hair strokes with pigment to create the illusion of fuller, nicely shaped brows. Microblading doesn't go as deep into your skin therefore is a semi permanent alternative to permanent makeup / tattooing. Lip Blushing is a form of semi-permanent makeup that enhances and defines both the natural shape and color of a client’s natural lips.The technique is performed using a PMU machine and pigment designed for the technique which provides a subtle, matte, natural toned, tint effect as the final result. It can also be used to help mask scars and imperfections of the lips and to create asymmetry.

Correction work or touch ups from another artist require an in person consultation. Saline lightening may be recommended to lighten or remove existing brows prior to any Microblading services performed.

Emergency lightening must be done within 48 hours of the original service. Over 48 hours must wait 4-6 weeks to receive lightening services.
Saline Lightening / Removal is a natural way to remove cosmetic and conventional tattoos or to lighten existing pigment.
Our Saline Lightening Solution is tattooed into the area of the unwanted permanent makeup, microblading or body tattoo procedure by using conventional tattoo methods. When the solution is soaked into the skin, the natural effect of Osmosis begins to take place. It is a hypertonic solution, therefore it contains a higher amount of salt than the body contains…this enacts the process of Osmosis which starts to move the pigment upward to the outer surface of the skin…then removed by the skins natural healing process.
The process can be repeated if necessary to remove any remaining pigment. Full lightening can require 1-5 sessions, possibly more. “Lightening “ removes pigment layer by layer, so the more times pigment has been placed in the area, more sessions will be required to remove. If “partial lightening “ is all that is required, only one session may be necessary.

DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
A consultation is not required and we are happy to answer most questions over the phone.
Microblading will last approx. 1 to 2 years. How well you follow your after care instructions and maintain your microblading with touch ups. In oily skin types the treatment may not last as long as a year, and other skin types it can exceed 2 years for Microblading and 3 for ombre / powder Brows.
Your Lip Blushing will last anywhere from 1-3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle and after care of your lips.
DOES MICROBLADING OR LIP BLUSHING HURT?
We use Medical grade topical anesthetic before and during the treatment to ensure a comfortable experience. Everyone has a different pain tolerance, so some clients may not need numbing agents and some may need more that others. Lips are prone to swelling due to their sensitive nature. Swelling will typically subside in 2-3 days.
HOW WILL YOU DETERMINE THE RIGHT BROW SHAPE FOR MY FACE?
Everyones face is different, and no brow shape is exactly the same. Our artists use professional tools, calipers and ratio measuring tools to create a brow that perfectly fits your face. Before any strokes are made,we will ensure that you love the shape.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCEDURE?
MICROBLADING / POWDER BROW: The initial appointment will take approx 2.5- 3 hours . Most clients will need a touch up session, lasting approx. 2 hours to perfect your brows. The complimentary touch up session is scheduled approx. 4-6 weeks from your initial appointment, this ensures the pigment is completely settled in the skin before new strokes are made.
LIP BLUSHING: The first procedure takes approximately 3 hours, the complimentary 6-8 week touch up is about 2.5 hours.
WHO IS NOT A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR MICROBLADING:
* Excessive oily skin / Severe acne/ Mature skin (powder brow is recommended)
* Moles ( brow /lip area only)
* Facial Psoriasis or Eczema
* Keloid Scarring
* Accutane
* Bleeding disorders
* Pregnant or breastfeeding
* Uncontrolled Diabetes
* Eye Surgery ( at least 6 months after surgery with Doctors note)
* Undergoing Chemotherapy ( 6 weeks after treatment or 1 month prior to Chemo. Both with Oncologist letter of clearance )
* Artificial heart valves / joints
* Any Treatment, medication or illness that compromises the immune system / healing
* Under 18
WHO IS NOT A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR LIP BLUSHING:
* Smokers (pigment may not retain properly, colors may distort)
* History of MRSA
* Accutane
* Psoriasis in the treatment area.
* You have an auto-immune disease.
* Thyroid / graves disease (medication may cause pigment to not retain properly).
* Anemia (pigment may not retain properly).
* History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring.
* Currently undergoing chemotherapy.
* Pregnant or nursing. (No exceptions)
* Diabetes type 1 or 2 (due to slow healing and infection, color may or may not retain well).
* If you are under a doctor’s care and have questions at ALL about being able to have this procedure, it is your responsibility to meet with your doctor and get written approval.
* If you are prone to cold sores, please see instructions below in before care.
* Please note.... even if none of the above apply, lip blushing cannot be guaranteed. This is a cosmetic tattooing procedure, the skin can be unpredictable, it is up to your skin to retain the pigment. CAN I GET MICROBLADING OR LIP BLUSHING OVER MY CURRENT TATTOO, LIP BLUSHING OR MICROBLADED BROWS?
To ensure the client gets the absolute best results, we require a consultation (15 min. complimentary) for clients with previous tattoo /Microblading / permanent makeup.
WHAT IS THE AFTERCARE FOR MY NEW BROWS OR LIPS?
After your service we will thoroughly explain how to take care of your newly Microbladed brows / Lip Blush and provide you with an aftercare instruction sheet and after care products. Prepare to not saturate new brows for at least 10 days, lips 7 days.(you may wash your face)
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY SERVICE?
MICROBLADING / POWDER BROW: Immediately after your service, your brows are very defined and dark. Brows will fade about 20-40%, depending on skin type, to a soft and natural look. You may experience itching, flaking, light scabbing, pigment disappearance and reappearance. This is normal for Microblading and results shouldn't be judged until the pigment is fully settled in the skin (which takes around 4-5 weeks). To perfect your brows, a complimentary 4-6 week touch up session is included in the initial price.
LIP BLUSHING: There will be swelling typically for the first 24-48 hours. While the swelling starts going down right away and most people are back to normal by the following morning. The color will appear bright or darker the first week, but will gradually scab and lighten. If your lips are kept clean and moisturized then only a thin film (not a scab) will appear. The "film" will start peeling off by itself around day 3 and may not exfoliate evenly. During this time, your lips may feel tight, cracked, chapped and itchy as the flakes are coming away. Leave the film alone; picking will cause irritation, can lead to scars and will lift color from the treated area resulting in unevenness and blank spots. Let the area heal naturally for best results and keep your lips moisturized at all times to help soothe and heal them. The color implanted will fade by 50-60% during the first healing process. A complimentary 6-8 week touch up session is included in the initial price to perfect your lip blushing.
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. Guests arriving 15 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule and forfeit deposit or complimentary touch up. A valid photo ID is required for any permanent makeup services.
~$75 non refundable deposit is required to book your permanent makeup service, this deposit will be applied to your balance the day of your service. We require a 3 day notice of cancellation for any permanent makeup services, cancellations with less than 3 days notice or no shows will forfeit the $75 deposit and will require another deposit to book, no exceptions.
~We include a complimentary perfecting touch-up session within 4-6 weeks (microblading) 6-8 weeks (lips) of the initial permanent makeup service. If the touch-up session is after that 8 week timeframe, the session is no longer complimentary, 6-10 week touch up cost is $80. After 10 weeks the touch up will be at a within a year touch up cost.

If you do not show up for your scheduled touch-up appointment or cancel with at least 3 days notice, you will forfeit the complimentary touch-up and must pay the 6-10 week touch up cost.

BEFORE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
* Do not consume caffeine or any alcohol on the day of your service
* Cosmetic Botox or fillers should be done at least 2 weeks prior or 2/ 4 weeks after service
* We cannot microblade/ lip blush over blemishes or sores in the brow /lip area
* Do not tan (no sun) for one week prior to service
* No Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofin 24 hours prior to service (Tylenol ok)
* Waxing or brow tint should be done 5 days prior
* No laser, chemical peels for 1 month prior to service
* No microdermabrasion or dermaplaning for 2 weeks prior
* We will not service ill guests (flu etc. as healing will be affected)
* Accutane : off for at least 6 months
* Retin -A and Topical Steroids : Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to service
* Over the counter Retinols: Discontinue use 1 week prior to service
* If you are prone to cold sores, it is recommended to take a regimen of Valtrex or Lysine prior to the procedure to avoid an outbreak.(lip blushing only)
